Registration Process: Complete the registration form accurately. Ensure all required fields are filled in during registration.
The management is not responsible for any kind of spelling mistakes and human errors that occur while filling out the form by the participant. -
Registration Deadlines: All applicants are directed to complete both the form and payments by December 15, 2023.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Students should be enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate course with Computer Science as their major subject.
- Corporate employees should be employeed/self-employeed in IT sector.

Terms & Conditions:
- Admission to the event is subject to compliance with these terms and conditions. Organizers reserve the right to deny entry to any participant not adhering to the terms.
- A confirmed registration is required for participation. The registration confirmation email serves as proof of registration.
- Successful payment is necessary for event participation. Payment confirmation is sent to the email provided during registration.
- Organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, activities, or any other aspect. Participants will be notified of significant changes through official communication channels.
- Participants are expected to adhere to a code of conduct ensuring a respectful and inclusive environment. Violation of the code of conduct may result in expulsion from the event without a refund.
- Participants are responsible for their belongings during the event. Organizers are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
- By participating, attendees grant permission for the use of their likeness in event-related media. Attendees who do not wish to be photographed or recorded should inform event staff.
- The event may be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances or low attendance. In the event of cancellation, registered participants will be notified, and refunds will be processed.
- Participants agree to indemnify the organizers against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their participation. This includes but is not limited to intellectual property disputes and code-related issues.
- The organizers are not liable for failure to perform obligations due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure). Force majeure events may include natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of civil court, motihari. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of civil court, motihari.

Code of Conduct:
- Treat all participants, organizers, and attendees with respect and courtesy. Avoid any form of harassment, discrimination, or offensive language.
- Maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions. Uphold the reputation of the event and its participants.
- Encourage collaboration and open communication. Value the input and ideas of all participants.
- Use technology responsibly and ethically. Respect intellectual property rights and licensing agreements.
- Respect the privacy of fellow participants. Obtain consent before photographing or recording others.
- Dress appropriately for the event. Follow formal dress code.
- Resolve conflicts in a constructive manner. Report any concerns to event staff for appropriate resolution.
- Arrive on time for scheduled activities and sessions. Notify organizers in advance if unable to attend.
- Use event resources and facilities responsibly. Report any damage or misuse promptly to event staff.
- Follow all security and safety guidelines provided by event staff. Report any safety concerns or emergencies immediately.
- Cyberanya has a zero-tolerance policy for harassment. Harassment includes but is not limited to unwelcome behavior, comments, or physical contact.
- Violations of the Code of Conduct may result in warnings, expulsion, or legal action. Organizers have the authority to take appropriate action based on the severity of the violation.
- By participating in Cyberanya, attendees acknowledge and agree to abide by this Code of Conduct. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without a refund.
