It is very hard to believe that in the state of Rabindranath Tagore we are witnessing some very tremendous activities. Once he said, "Bengal is a place where we live with pride and united. This place gives the motive to live life fully". Now-a-days we are seeing a Bengal just opposite of it where peoples are being killed, raped and they are migrating to different parts of country.
The worst part of this scenario is that Bengal government is ignoring these news by saying it as a drama of BJP. It is known that after Bengal election Kolkata High court ordered NHRC to investigate these riots' news. They built a committee and travelled in every districts of West Bengal in seven different groups and gave their report, under which around 1979 complains were registered which says that more than 15000 peoples have suffered through this.
We live in a democratic country where every political party must respect the decision made by public, but we see just opposite of this happening in Bengal where goons of TMC are beating and torturing people by selecting upon their votes. In the reports of NHRC the allegation is made on 9304 different peoples while only 1354 (14%) are arrested among them, and the fun fact is that 1086 (80%) of arrested criminals are released on bail immediately. This means less than 3% alleged criminals were put behind the bars. Mamata Banerjee's government is ignoring the reports released by NHRC, but we can't ignore the word of a constitutional institution. Officers of NHRC have written that there is no 'Rule of Law' left in Bengal there is only 'Rule of Ruler'.

The Supreme court and the central government have to do something on this situation, because this will happens regularly without punishing anybody then our democracy and constitution is in danger, we have to save them. This will encourage every local leaders who used to win the election with the power of their weapons on so called supporters or goons. Ultimately this will end up with torturing common people of country. We have to respect the decision made by public through election, we have to accept the fact that, 'if someone wins, then someone else is losing'. As a political party they have to believe in their works not on their powers.
